Role:

We are looking for a Sales Representative with the motivation and drive to be successful. The Dental Sales Representative role is important because you’ll be selling the treatment that the Doctor has recommended. By doing this, you will help the patients understand what they are paying for and how much while improving their oral health. You’ll be putting the patient’s needs first.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative (Treatment Coordinator) will help us with daily office and clerical tasks, ensuring that the office operations run smoothly, are successful in supporting other business activities and add maximum value to the organization. Responsibilities also include:

• Give estimate insurance benefits and calculate according to insurance guidelines.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Schedule follow up calls with patients.
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Experienced in commission-based sales. (1-3 years)
• Experienced in customer service. (1-3 years)
• A lot of our patients feel more comfortable speaking Spanish, ability to translate and speak Spanish is required.
• Motivated to meet personal and company goals.
• Organized, competent, and comfortable dealing with patients.
• Phenomenal communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
• Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail is required.
